Signed PDF Disclosure Add-on 
(Annual payment plan)

This Add-on enables you to display disclosure(s) to Visitors before registration. The Visitors can view / download the disclosures, sign and agree and receive a copy of the signed disclosure(s).
For Teams you only need to order this once for all Team members if they all use the same PDF Disclosure(s). 

After ordering, you will receive an email with a link to our Disclosure uploads form page.

Note: Right now, disclosures work on the Smartphone (Qrcode / Text) sign in page.
