Signed PDFs Add-on

Thanks for ordering the signed PDF add-on for Open House Wizard.

  • We need the below information to complete the setup of the signed PDFs on your account.
    Keep in mind if you have more than one PDF, you should combine PDF files in Acrobat so that you'll only need one PDF uploaded here. But if you are unable to do so we will combine them here for you.

    Please make sure that all fields with your information, broker name, boxes that need to be checked, etc. are already part of the uploaded PDF. We can only add the buyer signature, name and date to the PDF.
    This will also be added to Team members (if any) automatically.

    You will be notified once this is in place on your account.
    We'd recommend testing it by doing a few Visitor sign-ins to make sure it is correctly setup for you.

      If you have multiple PDFs please combine them into one before uploading.
      If you cannot combine them, add up to (3) PDFs here using this field and PDF #2 and PDF #3 below and we will then combine them for you.

        • This will be the file name of the PDF sent to Visitors that request a copy of the signed PDF. It should be a short name such as 'NY-Disclosures.pdf' for instance.
        • If different from your email, Add the Team Owner's login email or name here so that we can enable this for your team.
          If set to 'Yes', then any time a Visitor signs a PDF you will be sent a copy.
          Otherwise, you will be sent the visitors info, the links for the PDFs they had agreed to and a copy of their signature in the Visitor details email once they register for the open house.
        • Add instructions here specific to each PDF such as need a signature on page 2, initials on all pages, buyers name on page 2 and 3, etc.
