Open House Disclosures and Forms

Getting Started with Visitor Signed PDF Disclosures and Forms

Present disclosures & forms to potential buyers to review on their own device or yours.
Require Open House Visitors to agree and sign any type of disclosure or form that is required by State and/or Federal / NAR rules.

Our Free Open House Visitor Signed Disclosures feature allows you to require Visitors to an Open House to accept the terms of the disclosures by their signature.  That signature is then saved with the Visitor's record.

We also offer an Add-on called 'Signed PDF Disclosures' that captures the Visitor's acceptance signatures & information such as the visitor's printed name and date then adds those to your required disclosures and forms so that these signed forms can be kept as documentation for proof of adherence to the rule requirements.

This feature works within the Visitor Registration process so Visitors can sign-in to an Open House and also accept and sign any required Disclosures Forms at the same time.  This can greatly shorten the disclosure process.

The entire process is all contained on a single page!

No complicated multiple page form is used.  The entire process of disclosure signing and registering for an open house is all contained on the same page for speed and simplicity.  After registration the Open House hosting agent receives a copy of the visitor signed disclosures and forms.
