Add / Change & Save Multiple AGENT Profiles

Great tool if you belong to more than one Brokerage or wish to share one subscription to Open House Wizard between up to four agents or Coop Partners. Based on ordering our Full subscription for $100 a year, four people sharing an account would only see a cost per person of $25 a year or a little over $2 per month!

Many agents don't do Opens every weekend, so teaming up with other agents to share an account is a great idea for some.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Opens cannot be run at the same time since a single subscription only allows one login at a time.

Double-check ALL of your settings before doing an Open House.

To complete your agent profiles, click on Setup below, then each agent # and you will be walked through a simple 6-step process to add all of the saved information for that agent's profile. Make sure to Click SAVE at the end.

READY TO ACTIVATE an AGENT PROFILE? Click ACTIVATE a Saved Profile' below, then Click the Profile Number to 'Activate' it. Then just run your open house normally.  For Help, CLICK HERE to Check out the Step by Step instructions on the Help page
