1st of all if you do not need Visitor signatures on the PDF itself, you do not need the Signed PDFs Add-on, you can simply add disclosures on the Smartphone Settings page that the visitors has to agree to and sign the page before registering for your Open House. The Smartphone Settings page is located on the Dashboard under 'Your Settings'.

Our fully Team Branding Service allows the Team Owner's branding and contact info to be automatically displayed to Visitors at Open Houses. The dual branding contains the Real Estate Agent Team Member or Partner's branding alongside the Team Owner or Broker's branding. This branding is in place on the Smartphone Visitor Registration page, the QRCODE / TEXT Flyers and the Welcome to the Open House email to name a few places.
Visitor registration details are sent 'Live' as they occur to the hosting Agent as well as the Team Owner. They can also be sent to a CRM of choice.

Not only will the Team Branding Service help you grow your own business it will also help your agent partners grow their own at the same time.
How to do this:
How does the Open House Wizard COOP service work? The COOP Partners service allows you to Add Agents that you attend open houses with and then that Agent's branding and contact info is shown alongside your own. Leads are sent to both the Agent and yourself.
The Smartphone Visitor Registration page, the Welcome to the Open House email and more are co-branded.
Unlike our 'Branded Subscription' service, this service does NOT provide an Open House Wizard account for Agent partners. This service is meant to be used by those that partner with multiple agents, attend their open houses but do not wish to provide them with their own Open House Wizard account.
To offer Agents their own full accounts but still have your Branding in place you would instead use the 'Branded Subscription' service. You can upgrade to it by ordering it on the Store page.
Here you can Add, Edit, Activate & Remove Agent partners. To start, just Add an agent and provide their contact info, a headshot and their company logo.
When you want to attend an open house with an Agent partner, simply click the button shown next to their info under the Activate YN column.
The column will show NO for not activated and YES for activated.
Activating an agent means that their branding will show alongside your own and they will be copied on all visitor registration details 'Live' as they occur.
Here you Add / Change and Edit all of your settings here including Branding, Visitor Welcome Emails, Question settings and Smartphone Sign-In page settings also.
In addition to Settings, here you can also create Flyers, Connect to a CRM, Setup Coop partners and much, much more!
Tip: Use the 'Advanced Flyers, Properties & Visitors' option to manage your open houses, visitors and events. Many more Flyer options are here as well. Here, Flyer Images and Settings are stored within the Property information as well. This means that if you ever want to reprint a Flyer for a Property, the information and images will already be there.

Here you can Add, Edit & Remove Properties. Properties, Opens & Events all have a street address in common and are identified by the street address. The Properties can contain & store lots of important information such as the Open House Visitors that registered there.
Flyer Images and Settings can be stored within the Property information as well. This means that if you ever want to reprint a Flyer for a Property, the information and images will already be there.

Here you will see all of your property addresses you have entered in the recent past. (This service is new so you may only see the last one or two opens or events you have done) If you do not see any properties or need to Add one, simply click the Add New Property link at the top or bottom of the page.

Here you will see all of your registered visitors for the property.

You can also edit the details of the Visitor and add notes.

Here you can generate a beautiful QRCODE / TEXT Flyer for the property with just a few clicks.
To Create a Flyer follow these steps:

To use: Click the QR button, then right-click the QRCODE itself and download it.
On Apple, hold down your finger on the QRCODE and then save from the menu.
Leads can be tagged for easy searching & followup.
An example could be using a tag such as 'Hot', then you can quickly search your Leads for those that are Tagged 'Hot'.
If you do Broker's Opens, then you will also be able to search for 'Broker' and then will see a list of all Broker sign-ins -- pretty cool stuff!

How to Effectively Get & Use Visitor Feedback...
Visitor Feedback - Is an Important part of the Open House...
You can Collect Visitor Feedback & Share (Easily) Afterwards with the Seller...
Collecting Visitor Feedback can work two different ways. If a Visitor is signing in AFTER they view the house you can collect Feedback at the same time. If the Visitor has already signed-in you can pull up their details (after they tour the property) and then allow them to add feedback.
IMPORTANT: To Add Feedback using the Mobile Smartphone QRCODE / Text Registration page, you would login to Openhousewiz.com and choose FEEDBACK, under the Visitor to Add Feedback.
